The Superintendent's Taking a Different Tact With the Superintendent
The union is asking for a 30 percent wage increase. The district has come back with a 23 percent wage increase as well as health benefits, but they plan to continue this lockout this strike for the next three days. Kristen Moore Barrett: There is palpable frustration and anger directly towards the superintendent who publicly is online saying that he's ready to return to the negotiation table after about a year long effort.
