You don't have to put any money in except for hosting and domain names. For inventory, I really like to tell people that $500 should get you started. If it's just a true side hustle, if you spent six or eight hours over a weekend, you could be to $1,000 in profit within three to six months depending on how good your sourcing decisions are.
