Is It Sign Posting a Historical Pain?
i feel a lot of that was very much going on in here. And now, for me, you know, like life's stress yis it always like that, or sometimes? Is it sign posting a historical pain? Ah, ok. So with the intrusionss, this is my terminalogy, but like signalling toward something deeper. I think that out something in the present that's stirring things up. But i wouldn't say it wouldn't come up at all, but it's not as likely to come up. Oh, just in the past six months, i got even a little bit triggered myself. When i felt like i'm getting hit from all sides, so to speak
