How to Scale a Freelance Web Development Business

I thought I remembered you saying at one point in either bookworm or maybe one of your other podcasts that you were looking at, like offloading projects to other developers. Maybe there is some of this that you could apply in that specific scenario. But yeah, I get it. If you are the one doing all the development, there's no sense having a 30 minute wildly important goal meeting with yourself. So when it comes to scaling a freelance web development business, I don't think that's a thing that's going to happen.
