As soon as you're in direct sunlight, you start sweating profusely. You've more slowly your decision making skills start to deteriorate over time. And who is working outside will struggle in these temperatures. When it gets up past 40 degrees towards 45, 46, I actually then find it quite difficult to breathe the hot humid air feels thick and soupy.
