Justin Twine's State of Mind

We were able to get a search warrant for Snapchat, but also download a lot of video off of his phone once we had that in our possession. We saw him leaving the area of Jim's house and making his way toward Houston. He wasn't posting on social media saying that he'd been attacked. He was having a good time. Like any other social media posts from someone of that age who was just trying to put their best life out there. This was Justin twine's state of mind shortly after he brutally murdered Jim Short.
