This week's history hour is right up my street as it should be for Mackenzie Lee who is the author of the history of the world in 50 dogs. Mackenzie just heard about the creation of the cross breed labradoodle which speaks of the intimate and indeed working relationship between people and dogs but let's go right back how far back does that relationship go? The thing about dog domestication is it's a very inexact science we don't have a ton of really solid ideas about why or where or even when it happened.
