The Protestant Doctrine of Scripture
Protestants say no we don't think the pope is capable of infallible speech at the level of scripture so we're saying the scripture is unique. There are other Protestant doctrines about scripture one is the perspicuity of scripture which means the clarity of scripture and that just means the Bible is clear enough that we can learn the message of salvation from it by reading it. The sufficiency of scripture is another doctrine that's to find a little differently in different Protestant traditions but basically again in most of them it means something like the main things of the Bible or the Bible is sufficient to teach you the main thing of the Christian faith.
