The incentive for sponsors is to find something to get some kind of deal done so that they actually can make money on it. We have almost 100 companies that want public via SPAC that don't have enough cash to match their spending habits for the next year. It just reminds me so much of we've been talking about all of these big tech companies and how they were able to focus a lot on growth in a zero interest rate environment.
