The Importance of UX Strategy

A UX strategy is a mindset about how you're going to get to the outcome. It doesn't matter whether the product technically works, it only matters if it's designed well then we will ship it. A good UX strategy has rubrics that you can test so that anybody in the organization can tell whether they've achieved it for their piece or they haven't.
