Is There a Breakaway in Russia?
On a cultural front, I think he really overestimates the desire within Russia of people to break apart. In our poor, not very well organized and are mostly connected to the Russian commodities markets, so they're heavily reliant on the Russian state. A breakaway idea, even if it was completely facilitated by the brightest minds in Western intelligence, would probably fail. And interestingly, I think the United States will benefit from immigration from Europe.
