Is There Hope for Those in Sheol or Notnin Verse 11?

The psalmist asks if there is hope for those in sheol or notnin verse 11. John: I think it's either retorical question or a very speculative question. He sees the end as near an it's a cry to god to deliver him, and he's kind of making the case for why god should keep him from dying. But i don't now, i suspect they don't have convincing reason to think there is hope beyond the grave.
