The Achy Knees and Headaches Are the Result of Barometric Pressure Changes
The reason there's the achy knees, the achy heads is because of barometric pressure. A storm is a low pressure system because the warm air is rising and leaving fewer air particles around where were people are. And specifically, that effects areas in body that have cavities involved. It can cause thecasinus pressure and headache. Just like anything, things swell and get uncomfortable, or fluids are imbalanced,. Or air pockets are unbalanced. That can happen with tissues all over your body, from your you're nogging, to your knees, and you just feel bad.
