The US Navy Is Ready, but Is It Ready?
The CIA says China's President Xi Jinping has ordered the People's Liberation Army to be prepared to take back Taiwan by force by 2027. The bulk of the United States Navy will be deployed rapidly to the Western Pacific if the order comes to aid Taiwan in thwarting that invasion. To reach the USS Nimitz, we first traveled to America's westernmost territory, the island of Guam,. US Marines recaptured it two and a half years after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.
