The Positive Change in Anesthesia

There are very few diseases in anesthesia that we ourselves can own. We take care of a lot of patients with sepsis or septic shock but those aren't anesthesia conditions. MH is one of the few diseases and some would argue the only disease that we as an anesthesia specialty own on our own. Other than postoperative nausea and vomiting we are the owners of malignant hyperthermia.
