Si: I think it's important to read widely and variedly, especially around the problems that are like collateral problems. The top three things i can do to maintain a functional mobility well into my eighties and beyond is have physical practice. You can't eat like an ass hole, you just can't. And so it's crucial that you just put the base things in place as a british cycling union coach who was all over me for slipsery garmen.
