The Role of the CIO in Vaka

When you went to Vaka in 2016, not only did you take on the chief digital officer role, but also the CIO role. Typically, I'd personally define CIOs remit as keeping the lights on. And the CDOs really is digital transforming to the organization, the product and the processes. One of those roles is about minimizing disruption, the other is about creating it.
