Hyper Pocus - The Productivity Mode or Scatter Focus?
It doesn't just have to apply to your workday. You can apply hyper pocus to the different areas of your life that you and i don't even want to say set goals in, but things that are important to you. For this is the part of the day i mint to be doing hyper focus. When i'm done with that, i n to go the other way and do scatter focus. It kind of reminds me of, again, that that grid from the power of full engagement.
