Some people do better by coming into five or six meals a day to start with and then drop back to three squares a day because that's what suits them better. Some clients just eat four meals a day we've got some clients that just really like eating six they like to have this small stack snack so again I think isn't it about finding what works for you balancing the meals, you know trying to balance them having a protein meal don't try and Eat all of your calories in one meal and then have these tiny little meals.
