The World of Charlie's Angels
I'm thinking about the Arlo Finch books because there's three of them. And so I did the first two Charlie's Angels movies. We really just talked about the tone of what it felt like to be in that world. And plot came out of that. When we met with me to direct the movie, what got in the job was, he shot this little demo thing and just like what the world looked like. It wasn't an action sequence but a PA sitting in this convertible or the wind blowing. Once we knew what that was, we could do everything else.
