The DNI's Tracking of Detainee Re-Entry
The DNI has tracked the number of detainees who are confirmed to be re-engaged and who have been suspected of re-engaging. As a former prosecutor, I think the numbers got to be higher because you only know what you know,. You don't know what you don't know. So there are people who slip the cracks. By resupplying them with their own fighters, the war gets worse. And the war continues.
