Is There a Stop Loss With Your Broker?

I think setting a stop loss with your broker is so key for longevity in this industry. Most of my big losses have come from me developing a bias or being overletveraged. So I really try to cash up every day just so that if I'm in the money, out of the money, if I take a loss, it doesn't matter. Losses don't mean much to me anymore because I know I have the ability to bounce back next day.
