The Importance of Planning
A lot of what we're talking about is kind of intangible which is that these are proposals so there's the very tangible like sets of buildings around locks and things but most of it's kind of like the idea of what the city is. He doesn't invent the block he didn't invent the idea of putting it on a grid these were sort of established ideas they were already becoming. It's difficult to know what it would have been like if none of that had been done or like what difference if you'd taken him out it would have made but it's a fact on the the structure and formation of the city it's hard to disentangle i think.
