The Multifamily Sector Is Going to Be Needed

I think a lot of people are looking for amenities correct that's one of the big things they're looking for in renting any sort of space no matter what it is single family multifamily. I agree with all your points especially the cap rates being compressed just because the prices are raising rents are not going to go down. What we're going to see more of is more of a renters type of a nation where it's  a thing and so long story short, appreciate you guys training our tenants.
