Most neurosurgeons nowadays are using it if there is an intracranial bleed, but not necessarily for just blunt head injury. Kepra can either be dialyant nor now, a lot of places move to Kepra. It has not been shown to prevent longer duration seizures. How about feeding these patients? Just like where everything's going in surgery, early and terrible feeding is the best to help prevent brain injury.
