Is It Colonialist?
I was giving the government a very hard time about the reduction in funds to the global fund. I think that as we've discussed ending up in a situation where we're spending half the money here is a real problem. But I would say this, I don't think it's just about poverty alleviation. You can end up sounding a little bit colonialist, if it's not also about partnership.
