Do I Need a Deload Week for an Athlete?

i would not prescribe dea load weeks for normal people, unless those variables get out of wack. How do i get my 11 year old self motivated to work out? You got to get them excited about it in the way you get mexcited by s doing things that they're excited about. An with all life's normal variables holding constant, you should not need a d load week as a complete performance type athlete.
