Inflation is not punishable by jail time. So maybe there's some crazy anti-counterfit feature in this bill, maybe? I mean, we have bills here that have a special little filament in them and tiny details that they're hard to counterfeit. In India, maybe fifth pillar is just all the all the banknotes. What is the name means anything? But it is more about why they're trying to dissuade them.
