The Causation Argument for the Civil Rights Movement

The only reason why the civil rights movement took off is there were large segments of the white population that was bitterly opposed to what had happened. If you start creating inside university this sort of dual expectation, what's going to happen is you're going to increase the privileges between the performance level of white and black students. It would be an enormous benefit if Justice Sotomayor or Justice Jackson, who tend to repeat some kind of inflammatory rhetoric, could stop talking about it.
