The Relationship Between Popular and Elite Forms of Buddhism

When Buddhist practices are labeled as superstitious then that's always negative right that's always derogatory so that always puts it down. I don't think people should be feeling bad when they're talking to educated English speakers that they might be doing these kinds of more popular practices. Popular side of Buddhism still need the kind of elite ideas of the power of nirvana and the dhamma like they can't ever escape that.
