Russia's Role in Multilateral Formats
Russia has been trying to broker Rapro-Shammo between India and China all the time. I think that it has been the glue that kept India and China together in all these multilateral formats initiated by China. And I think it was also a smart move, by the way, by New Delhi to be part of them. Why should be isolated from them? It does not mean that I wish for India and China to get involved in more military tensions. But my anticipation based on the realities how both countries will develop in the future.
