There is Kurdish persecution in Iran as well as in Turkey. The Turks have said that this person who was arrested by them in connection with the bomb blast that happened recently was a member of PKK. Now PKK is an organization that the Turks say has been funded by the United States. So they are indirectly accusing the Americans of having a hand in this terrorist attack in Constantinople, in Istanbul. Once again, you are seeing increasing tensions between Turkey and the United States."
