Jupiter notebooks are a small set of evolving engineering tools that is pretty young, still a machine learning. And yeah, what's neat is certainly these are useful for researchers, but I think even more so for practitioners,. When you're trying to build a project, usually you're going to go and iterate in a Jupiter notebook or even Python. So it has been very challenging in the past to visualize what your model is doing well, aside from graphs of TensorFlow.
