Electing Women and People of Color
The problem that i see that's uneven is electing women and people of color. Women tend to be more liberal than their male counterparts, regardless of party. Even if we do elect republican women, they're more likely to retire because they're getting elected in those swingier, more moderate districts. So you end up with this very lop sided caucus.
