Call to Coach - It's Not a Call to Manage, It Just Sticks, Right?

Dean Obeidallah: The term called the coach became even internally here at Gallup, kind of a title for a variety of things. We tried to put that on call to manage or call to lead or like, and it never really worked. He says when we tried to use that branding with other groups, it's because they didn't have the same sense of calling around their work. So I'm going to go through some attributes in terms of how to know if something's you're calling, right? How to know if it, if it really goes clunk for you.
