Users need to know where they are, what they can do and what happens. Scrumuters aren't just sitting there tabbing through your u i. They actually have short cuts to to landmark regions. But if youe using dives for everything, they can't do that. It's like trying to drive on a road and not being able to see what's in front of you. Like how horrible would that be?
