Major Depressive Disorder

It's depression because depression will impact attention and concentration. At least three of these hypomanic or manic symptoms are present for the majority of the major depressive episode. The second specifier is major depressive disorder with mixed features. It's depression with mixed features of bipolarity that are almost co-occurring with the depression and the manic hypomanic symptoms, which is different than in bipolar disorder.
