The tribunal has had its funding cut, and it's struggling to provide decisions in a timely matter. In the dying days of this government, that's exactly what we got. They've selected 19 new members - half of whom have some ties to the liberal party or conservative politics. So you saying that party affiliation automatically should disqualify somebody?
