The computer system in Stanford, Connecticut that sends out summonses for jury duty is still sending them out. The court's computer system is spitting out summons because it was built in the 80s and they can't turn it off. They have nobody on staff who speaks whatever language the thing was written in so consequently they've become a slave to their own computer system.
