How to Say Thank You to Your Clients

The most creative top of funnel activity is when you get on and maybe a sequence didn't hit, but that person is posting on LinkedIn or sharing insights at a trade show. Whether it's in person, LinkedIn, phone, email, it doesn't really matter to me. What I'm more looking at is is the person engaged or they responding? And then also like, what's the messaging? What's the frequency between the messaging? And are you being thoughtful, like about what’s going on in the world?
