CCTV Cameras on the Bus Bombing

Three CCTV pictures out of the literally thousands of cameras that would have been tracking their every move throughout that morning. The only other two images to be released detail one of the bombers, Mr. Hussein, who is in fact not surrounded by any of the other bombers in the pictures. Also in the bus bombing, the CCTV camera turned out not to be working and thus no footage was available of the bomber or the bomb itself. But where is all this leading? If these so-called suicide bombers weren't what they appeared to be, then what are they exactly?
