What Kind of Controls Do Schools Have in Place?

The main federal law that protects student privacy is quite old. It's called the family educational rights and privacy act, from 19 74. We're talking about protecting records that are in a filing cabinet. How much training do they actually have to respond yo something? I think itis a really important question that we just haven't talked about enough.
