I'm a Producer and I Don't Get It

I learned how to write I really learned how to make television on set no question and like they're not learning how and those shows are languishing in development. insane I don't understand yeah the word is producer like like you know what I meanLike it's shocking to me likeYeah I don't I don't get it and yeah and they clearly and you're right you do  and that feels gross that is but I'll say also like one of the thing I heard I recommend the ringer podcast recently talked about this.
