We assume that others are seeing what we're seeing and they'll recognize it as soon as we communicate it to them. They don't. What happens is when they don't understand the vision is they get confused. And humans typically aren't that keen on being confused. So for people they've gone to, if we use another model, they've gone from a complete pre-contemplation stage to an expectation of action.
