The Consistency Over Intensity Is So Beautiful

I think the biggest thing is recognizing that it's not a moral failing to need support. And we're pretty good at accessing support in other areas of our lives. But people have coaches for sports teams. They have personal trainers. We do a lot of coaching and resources and enabling on the physical health front. Why would we not apply that in the same way on the mental health front?
