How Did the Lockdown Get Lifted?
The lockdown was lifted at the end of November, beginning of December. But it didn't change people's behavior that much; they already weren't going out on the street. The reality was there were so many people who had gotten COVID prior to opening that it was already spreading like wildfire. They estimate now it's like 80, 90% of the entire population got it.
