Youth Pastors - Is There Clarity in Your Ministry?

I see so many youth pastors struggling to move forward because of lack of clarity in what they're doing. I almost the image I have my head at that point it's so good is if you make the front door really wide but then you don't have clear direction of where to go once you're inside they're just going to go straight out the back door too. If you haven't sat back and walk through like the programs process people and personal stuff of your own evaluation then any leader that you have is going to be felt It's like the blind leading the blind like you like you.
