In a case called Berman out of the fine city of the District of Columbia, the city took people's property. Suzette Kila lost five to four at the Supreme Court; Pfizer came in and leveled all those houses. Eight years later, Pfizer left. And on the ground where Suzette Kilsa's house rested, it is now a field. It's an amazing, amazing story. But that's what I'm talking about, right? I mean, giving meaning and human elements to landmark eminent domain cases is something that's not done a lot.
