The Effects of Light on the Nervous System

In nature, there's an orderly sequence to how light changes. And as a result, when our body knows what's happening in the environment, it adapts in appropriate ways. For example, when the sun is setting, and we're getting that light information into our eyes, the nervous system activates a part that allow us to relax. When people are exposed to second son from their devices and from their LED bulbs, they start doing the wrong thing at the wrong time.
