How Do Prompts Help With Journaling?

We're often afraid of the answer we might find in journalling, but there's nothing to be afraid of. Here ar two prompts that i use often before going to sleep: What if everything went right? You can insert a situation, or in general, whatever. But just write out whatever you're working on, like everything going right. Ike, how would that feel? What would that show up as? And it's not te that everything will go right, but you're automatically putting your mind in a state of possibility,. verses in the default mode of everything going wrong which makes us feel shitty.
